		<description>I guess the run should really say 16:34 minute miles. not mph. That&#039;s probably why you&#039;re confused. But then again, the run is 13.1 miles and the bike is 56 miles.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s crazy and such, but I&#039;m confused. Was the biking up hill a lot? Just trying to figure out why your running and biking speeds are so close. Also, there&#039;s no way at all I could swim for almost an hour straight. I get tired after about 30 seconds.</description>
