Aaron and I travelled I15 yesterday and on the way back encountered a sign outside of Payson.
Onion Days. Labor day weekend.
Onion Days? Who would have thought.
Finding the Official Onion Days homepage online was rather easy with google. However, I am still amazed at such an event.
Perhaps it is because we have Peach Days in Hurricane?
But Onions? Whoa. It reminds me of reading/seeing the book/movie Holes.
Anyway, their website says “Add some Flavor to your summer”. They even have an Onion Days parade. Well, I guess it’s another reason to get together and have a spring city-wide party.
